Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Legal Manager with strong legal and FM industry expertise to oversee a wide range of operational and commercial contracts within our operations.
- Lead the drafting, review, and management of commercial, operational, vendor, and business-related contracts.
- Ensure all company contracts align with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal support to Operations, Commercial, HR, and Management teams.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
- Support and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations and renewals.
- Ensure organizational policies and contract practices meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, contracts, or similar roles.
- Extensive experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker
