يتمثل الهدف من هذه الوظيفة في تدريب الأجانب على التخاطب بكفاءة وفعالية والنجاح في المملكة العربية السعودية. ومن بين الأدوار الهامة لهذه الوظيفة إدارة جلسات استشارية بفترات مختلفة تبدأ من ساعتين في الجلسة الواحدة أو أكثر. أثناء هذه الجلسات، ستقوم بممارسة العديد من الأنشطة المرحة والتفاعلية مع الأفراد أو المجموعات لزيادة مقدرتهم على التخاطب باللغة العربية ولكي يتوفر لديهم فهم أعمق للثقافة. علاوة على ذلك، سوف تقوم بمهام جانبية لدعم طبيعة هذا التدريب، والتي
