Deliver timely Human Resource (HR) services to Nahdi staff by providing information or providing general support through overseeing the maintenance of records, files, and databases of employees at NMC’s system.
Execute the Personnel operations pertaining to staff termination, resignation's, employee relations, new hires, attendance and day to day personnel functions…etc. Execute the Personnel updates on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in timely manner. The position will administer employees benefit plans and work closely with all Human Recourse divisions Also, will be responsible to provide best services to all employees.
Personnel Senior specialist must handle and responsibilities for all Personnel functions includes Onboarding, self-services , Human resources development fund programs, Resignation & Clerance and accomplish, events management, QIWA platform any related tasks.
Accountabilities
Nahdi Staff:

Approve Nahdi staff vacations through the review of the vacation request and the supporting documents in order to update the system and ensure the accurate implementation of the service.

Review and approve the Human Resources (HR) letters for Nahdi staff through checking the employees’ history in order to update the system with relative information and to ensure timely implementation of the staff requests.

Review and approve the Nahdi staff requests for any extra allowances in order to process the financial implications.

Activate the service of the new employees on the system and finalize all related activities in regards to the on boarding from user name, password, nametag, switching bank details….etc. in order to ensure that the system is updated and to facilitate the finalization of the on boarding process.

Quality check on the receiving of the ID, ATM visa and residence of Nahdi employees to ensure compliance and to ensure timely delivery of the Personnel services.
Department Management:
-
Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

Generate and execute the probation period report and consequences on new hires in order to communicate to the concerned stakeholders the probation period results whether on hiring or termination.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
