Job Requirements
Skills And Abilities
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment operation and construction logistics.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
Operator certification for specific equipment categories.
Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License.
Valid Saudi Driving License (where applicable).
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-start and post-operation inspections.
- Ensure equipment is operated within manufacturer limits.
- Maintain operational logs and daily checklists.
- Report defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements.
- Load, unload, transport, and position materials and equipment.
- Coordinate movement of materials between warehouses, fabrication shops, and project sites.
- Assist in equipment mobilization and demobilization.
- Ensure proper securing and protection of transported materials.
- Participate in lifting and transportation activities.
- Follow approved lifting plans and transport procedures.
- Coordinate with lifting supervisors, riggers, and site teams.
- Ensure load stability and safe equipment positioning.
- Comply with all HSE policies and traffic regulations.
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections.
- Ensure safe operating practices at all times.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance checks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and serviceability.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Job Requirements

- Safe operation of cranes, forklifts, and transport equipment.
- Load handling and positioning.
- Equipment inspection and fault identification.
- Equipment stability and load capacity awareness.
- Understanding of lifting plans.
- Basic rigging and signaling knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment operation and construction logistics.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
Operator certification for specific equipment categories.
Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License.
