Job Description
WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Jeddah team, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure design and masterplanning projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multidisciplinary leadership experience managing large-scale urban, transport, and infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.
Responsibilities
WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Jeddah team, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure design and masterplanning projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multidisciplinary leadership experience managing large-scale urban, transport, and infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and masterplanning projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, and risk.
- Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, water, structures, public realm, and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with local standards, codes, and approval requirements.
- Monitor project performance, quality, and commercial outcomes.
- Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to WSP’s project management capability in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic
- Chartered Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, roads, highways, and land development projects within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
- Strong background delivering projects in Saudi Arabia and/or the wider Middle East.
- Experience working with Saudi authorities and approvals processes.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Saudi project experience, particularly those familiar with local authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder environments.
