As a Lifeguard, you’re not just ensuring the safety of our pools and recreational facilities – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating a secure, welcoming, and enjoyable environment where every guest can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories with confidence.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Ensure guest safety and well-being: Monitor swimming pools and recreational areas, enforce safety rules, respond quickly to emergencies, and administer first aid or CPR when required to provide a safe environment for all guests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service: Welcome guests, provide information about pool facilities and activities, assist with guest requests, and create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
• Maintain pool and facility standards: Conduct routine inspections of pool areas and safety equipment, ensure cleanliness and organization, report maintenance issues, and support compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a positive recreation experience: Encourage safe participation in recreational activities, support special events and poolside programs, and collaborate with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and relaxing experience.
