About The Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and software systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other business applications.
- Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Plan and implement system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology-related contracts.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee hardware and software procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is preferred.
- Ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and budgets.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
