The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:

Collaborate with senior leadership teams to deliver cost-effective, efficient, and high-performing business outcomes.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, standards, and guidance.

Conduct audits and inspections, assisting in the resolution of non-conformities identified through internal and external audits.

Contribute to the development of new standards and ensure ongoing compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Analyse audit findings, corrective actions, and KPI performance to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee timely completion of incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are effectively communicated and implemented.

Lead, manage, and develop teams of managers and professionals, ensuring appropriate structures, capabilities, and responsibilities are in place to achieve business objectives.

Provide performance management, technical guidance, and coaching while supporting net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon emission reduction and sustainability initiatives.
You’ll need to have:

Professional qualification (or equivalent).

Relevant experience of management in an organisation.
