The Role
Key Responsibilities

Client relationship management Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of digital clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Digital account ownership Lead full‑service digital accounts, including social media, website activity, content delivery, and campaign optimisation.

Strategic guidance Provide best‑practice recommendations, insights, and proactive solutions that support client goals and elevate digital performance.

Project oversight Ensure all digital projects are up to date and delivered to a high standard.

Commercial growth Identify opportunities to expand services, maximise revenue, and support Account Directors in developing strategic client plans.

Client retention Build long‑term partnerships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
About You
You bring experience managing digital‑marketing client relationships with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset. You’re organised, technically confident, and able to stay calm under pressure while ensuring seamless.
Your strengths include:

Ability to manage multiple digital accounts simultaneously
