This role combines commercial leadership, market development, government relations, and team building. The GM will establish the company as a trusted local player, grow strategic partnerships with financial institutions, and scale multiple business lines spanning agency recoveries, an enterprise SaaS platform, and structured portfolio solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership

  • Establish the company as a leading financial solutions platform in Saudi Arabia
  • Build the company's reputation with banks, fintechs, regulators, and ecosystem partners
  • Represent the company with government entities, regulators, and industry bodies
  • Identify strategic partnerships and market opportunities

Commercial Growth

  • Own revenue growth across all business verticals in Saudi Arabia, spanning collections and recoveries, an enterprise SaaS platform, and portfolio acquisitions and structured solutions
  • Develop relationships with banks, fintech lenders, BNPL providers, and financial institutions
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations

Team Building

  • Build and lead the Saudi leadership team across commercial, operations, and partnerships
  • Recruit and develop high-performing local talent
  • Establish the company's culture and operating standards in the Kingdom

Regulatory & Ecosystem Navigation

  • Work closely with regulators and policymakers to position the company within the evolving regulatory framework
  • Monitor licensing requirements and compliance obligations
  • Build relationships across the Saudi fintech and financial ecosystem

Execution & Operations

  • Own the Saudi P&L and market strategy
  • Align local operations with the company's global technology platform
  • Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
