Fulfill Nahdi’s hiring needs based on the set manpower plan through job posting on Nahdi career page and the implementation of the assigned recruitment plan. Position Nahdi as employer of choice through proposing participation in recruitment events and conducting the on-boarding process.
Accountabilities:

Set the recruitment action plan including the sourcing channels and the hiring steps through the alignment with the annual recruitment plan to fulfill the assigned manpower plan.

Execute the assigned recruitment plan through sourcing, screening, short listing, interviewing process and its logistics and the follow-up on conducting the technical interviews with the technical managers in order to fill the targeted vacancies on-time.

Propose and manage the recruitment events agenda in order to brand Nahdi as employee of choice and to fulfill the business with the required manpower.
- Indoors : 90%
- Outdoors : 10%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirements
Education • BSc Degree
Experience • 2 Years of Experience
Computer Skills • MS Office Suite
Languages • English • Arabic
