As a Graduate Marketing Specialist, you will be embedded within the marketing team, working on real campaigns, real launches, and real in-market execution.
This role is designed to build future brand leaders — starting with a strong foundation in execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Work directly with agencies to deliver creative assets and activations
Own timelines and ensure campaigns go live on time and in full
Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong retail presence
Conduct regular market visits to assess execution and identify gaps
Coordinate with agencies to adapt global campaigns for local relevance
Track performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution
Support budget tracking, approvals, and internal processes
Support post-campaign evaluations and key learnings
Translate data into actionable insights
