What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Perform calibration activities for factory instruments and equipment in line with the approved calibration plan, procedures and technical specifications
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Analyze and interpret calibration data, identify deviations and take appropriate actions to complete calibration activities
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of instruments, calibration records, reports and certificates
- Ensure calibration activities and documentation comply with internal procedures, audit requirements and applicable standards
- Coordinate with external calibration companies and suppliers for calibration services, documentation and certificates when required
- Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams to support equipment reliability and operational requirements
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety and company standards and procedures
- Technical/vocational qualification in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration, preferably within the Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Practical knowledge of instrument calibration, test equipment, calibration procedures and related documentation
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and maintain accurate calibration records and certificates
- Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirements; familiarity with SAP PM is preferred
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation discipline
- Analytical and practical problem-solving skills
