شركة ميريا هي شركة متخصصة بتشغيل وإدارة الفنادق بمختلف تصنيفاتها وأحجامها بخبرة تمتد إلى 15 سنة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو المنصات الرقمية والرد عليها باحترافية.

• حل المشكلات والشكاوى المقدمة من العملاء بأسرع وقت ممكن وبطريقة ترضي العميل.

• توثيق جميع تفاعلات العملاء في النظام ومتابعتها بشكل دوري.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تقديم خدمة متكاملة وسريعة.

• المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العميل من خلال تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين الإجراءات.

• متابعة رضا العملاء وقياس جودة الخدمة من خلال استبيانات أو أدوات تقييم.

• تقديم تقارير دورية عن تفاعلات العملاء والمشكلات الشائعة للإدارة.

• الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة في التعامل مع العملاء.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الاتصال.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهية وكتابية.

• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

• قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بسرعة.

• لباقة، صبر، وتعامل احترافي مع مختلف أنواع العملاء.

• يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
