We are seeking an Asset Verification & IBM Maximo Specialist to support physical asset verification, asset criticality assessment, maintenance planning, and Enterprise Asset Management System enablement. The role will combine field-based asset verification with IBM Maximo configuration, asset data management, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience conducting physical asset verification and inspection.
Experience performing asset tagging and labelling.
Experience capturing and maintaining GIS coordinates for physical assets.
Experience performing asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
Experience developing preventive maintenance plans.
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
Experience configuring asset hierarchies and uploading and validating asset data within IBM Maximo.
Experience setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
Experience configuring or supporting KPI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical inspections and verification of assets.
Execute asset tagging and labelling activities.
Capture and maintain GIS coordinates for physical assets.
Perform asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
Develop preventive maintenance plans.
Configure asset hierarchies in IBM Maximo.
Upload, validate, and maintain asset data within the EAMS.
Set up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support the configuration and maintenance of KPI dashboards.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of asset information.
