Your role
As a FinOps Analyst you will be vital member of the Finance Operations (FinOps) team, responsible for maintaining financial operational efficiency and control. This role serves as a key contributor to FinOps projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and actively supporting the team's daily activities toward achieving financial & operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial operation tasks, encompassing timely and accurate transaction processing and balance reconciliations.
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, including Finance and cross-functional teams, to ensure the seamless execution of financial operations.
- Maintain and update financial operations systems and platforms to guarantee data accuracy, system integrity, and reliability.
- Drive and support pivotal FinOps projects, including spearheading stakeholder engagement and process optimization initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive support for broader FinOps activities, such as merchant settlements, payment processing, and financial reporting/forecasting.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established financial controls.
- Proactively monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with FinOps processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a preference for candidates holding an ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification.
- A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance Operations (FinOps), or similar middle/back-office finance roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency with financial reconciliation tools, FinOps platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities and critical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; business-level fluency in English is essential.
- Proven capacity for managing complex stakeholder relationships and successfully leading projects.
- High standards for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a collaborative, cross-border team.
- A keen interest in the intersection of finance and technology, coupled with a proactive dedication to continuous professional development and learning.
