Analyzing website traffic reports and user behavior to provide performance insights and recommendations.
Coordinating with the marketing, content, and design teams to maintain digital brand consistency.
Proposing and implementing development ideas to enhance the digital experience and support growth goals.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- Perfect written English
- 2 to 4 years of experience in website management or a related field, especially with Zid.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with a strong eye for user experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote position.
- Research and development in the field of specialty coffee
