The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the GC’s fit-out engineering for Zone 3, ensuring compliance with the project, design, and quality requirements for all interior spaces.
• Oversee and coordinate review of shop drawings, installation details, material selections, and supplier qualifications with the CSC.
• Monitor the CSC’s inspection and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client.
• Escalate technical or delivery issues to the PMC PD and the project.
• Ensure integration of fit-out works with other disciplines, facilitating coordination between the GC, CSC, and design consultants for technical queries and approvals.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• Extensive years of experience.
