This position requires being based in Riyadh or Jeddah with the expectation to frequent travel within KSA.

- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development
- Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Lead and manage performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives Operational Excellence:
- Drive operational excellence at New Hire Events (NHE) including scheduling optimization, labor resource allocation, and KPI achievement
- Flawlessly execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations within the region
- Establish effective communication strategies across all levels of your regional organization
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Drive all strategic initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and drive operational efficiency
- Drive innovation and share best practices across the region and network Requirements:

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience in operations or hiring channels.
- Experience motivating others to meet the daily challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-unit business operations across a regional or large geographic area.
- Successful track record of building and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
- Expertise in driving operational excellence, including scheduling optimization, labor resource allocation, and key performance indicator (KPI) achievement.
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
