Windows\Virtualization\ADFS – Associate Manager Infrastructure Services (m/f/d)

A large enterprise operating within a highly complex, multiplatform IT environment is seeking an Associate Manager for Infrastructure Services. This role focuses on leading the design, delivery, and operational stability of core infrastructure platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise level infrastructure platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Lead virtualization initiatives, oversee platform integrations, and support disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Drive automation efforts to streamline provisioning, patching, monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Oversee incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and provide guidance to support teams to improve operational maturity.
• Ensure compliance with security baselines and regulatory or organizational standards, including lifecycle governance.
• Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring consistency across configuration records, runbooks, and lifecycle processes.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and administration, including leadership responsibilities in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, virtualization platforms, automation practices, and integrated infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in scripting, configuration management, and optimizing operational efficiency through automation.
• Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks, security hardening principles, and IT service management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Professional certifications in relevant infrastructure or service?management domains are preferred.
