Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement account-level business plans with shared stakeholder goals to establish and maintain patient access to Sanofi's transplant medicines
- Execute personalized omnichannel strategies that deliver unrivaled customer experiences across prioritized transplant accounts
- Operate strategically to ensure effective account planning, targeting, and digital strategies that generate positive commercial impact and maximize ROI
- Map and manage stakeholder networks beyond individual customers to create beneficial changes and improve engagement in the transplant space
- Develop flexible, responsive account plans that empower cross-functional teams to take shared ownership of account goals
- Continuously develop transplant therapy knowledge and digital interaction capabilities to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate within an Agile squad framework, contributing to governance, initiatives, and enhanced customer experiences in transplant care
- Experience: 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven track record in hematology and transplant/BMT business
- Public Sector Experience: Demonstrated experience working with major public sector especially within the transplant therapy area HSCT and SOT
- Skills: Strategic thinking, relationship building, network mapping, and strong analytical capabilities with comfort in ambiguous environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy) or Business Management; MBA is a plus
- Capabilities: Self-governed decision maker with excellent communication skills and ability to deliver scientific/clinical data to healthcare professionals
- Mindset: Proactive business owner with "can do" attitude and Sanofi First mindset
