Social Media Manager

What We’re Not Looking For:

Canva carousels with no engagement

Reposting trends without context

Captions with no punch or voice

What We Are Looking For:

A creative strategist fluent in combat culture

A storyteller who knows how to engage and convert

Someone who lives on IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Deep understanding of BJJ, MMA, and martial arts trends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategy + execution for IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube Shorts
  • Post reels, memes, testimonials, and viral content
  • Collaborate with UGC, design, and video teams
  • Engage with community accounts, athletes, and fans
  • Track performance, iterate based on data
  • Roll out product launches and seasonal promos

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in social media for DTC or lifestyle brand
  • Strong copywriting + short-form video editing skills
  • Platform fluency (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Bonus: Experience with combat sports or UGC workflows


TikTok Creator & Partnership Manager

What We’re Not Looking For:

Just reposting creators without strategy

No experience managing relationships

Lacking passion for martial arts culture

What We Are Looking For:

Talent scout + relationship builder for creator partnerships

Someone who understands what makes TikTok explode

A content strategist with a feel for UGC and virality

Confident communicator who can lead campaigns from idea to launch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and support TikTok creators
  • Plan and execute viral campaigns + challenges
  • Track performance and ROI from partnerships
  • Coordinate giveaways, gear drops, and contests
  • Identify content trends and plug XMartial into them
  • Create briefs and collaborate with creators to stay on-brand

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in influencer/creator marketing
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends, editing, and formats
  • Excellent communication and organization
  • Bonus: Personal experience in BJJ/MMA or creator economy
Marketing Assistant

What We’re Not Looking For:

Someone who needs hand-holding for every task

Poor attention to detail

No familiarity with eComm or marketing tools

What We Are Looking For:

A sharp executor who can handle multiple tasks across marketing

Someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving team

Organized, responsive, and self-managed

Comfortable with creative + operational support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in campaign execution and tracking
  • Coordinate email, SMS, and affiliate marketing
  • Help manage content calendars and asset libraries
  • Monitor product launches and support cross-team initiatives
  • Prepare reports, gather data, and identify trends

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in a marketing assistant or coordinator role
  • Basic knowledge of email/SMS tools, Shopify, Google Sheets
  • Solid organization and communication skills
  • Bonus: Interest in combat sports or community marketing


Shopify Store Assistant (Photoshop Required)

What We’re Not Looking For:

Someone who only knows the basics of Shopify

No design/editing ability

Unfamiliar with eComm performance metrics

What We Are Looking For:

Detail-oriented product lister with Photoshop skills

Someone who understands conversion-focused design

Experience managing product data, variants, and SEO

Can balance creativity and performance optimization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage Shopify product listings
  • Use Photoshop to edit/create mockups and visuals
  • Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags
  • Ensure consistency across collections, metafields, and filters
  • Track product performance and make improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing/design teams to support launches

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in Shopify back-end management
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
  • Strong eye for layout, product hierarchy, and brand voice
  • Familiarity with SEO, variants, and metafield structure
