Position: Warehouse Operator – Pharmacy Technician

Location: Al Salama Hospital, Saudi Arabia, Jeddah

About the Role:

Al Salama Hospital is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator – Pharmacy Technician to support our healthcare operations by managing pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining optimal storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, and deliver pharmaceuticals in line with hospital standards.
• Monitor storage conditions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate system records for all warehouse transactions.
• Apply high safety and hygiene standards within the storage facility.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inspections, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate supplier visits and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Track usage, manage expiries, and minimize stock waste.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse and materials management (preferably in medical or OR settings).
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
