- Communicate with ships and agents as required to manage the traffic of ships.
- Assist on planning traffic within the limit of operation.
- Liaise with customers, pilot and assets.
- Receive and act in case of emergency calls.
- Maintain a logbook for all VTS activities.
- Coordinate with Operations for berth allocation, daily shipping movements, and repair ship berthing to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with pilots and marine assets to ensure no operation delays.
- Manage all updates and upgrades of the VTS equipment and charts.
- Oversee VTS and Port Control operations.
- Improve quality and efficiency of customer services.
- Work on shift basis to ensure the VTS room 24/7 operational.
