Job Description: UX Lead

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Are you an experienced UX professional with a strong background in designing and improving user experiences for digital platforms ? Join our team as a UX Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UX design and research, with preferably 7+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting user data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development and design systems.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful UX projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the overall UX strategy and vision for digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and UX writers.
• Create and oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.
• Analyze user feedback and data to continually improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all UX deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Present UX concepts and findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Align with the research team to conduct frequent research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
