  • Managing the centralized function for Projects-payment & All relevant Projects-commercial Reporting packages
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure payment process meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and codes governing construction project payments and fail safe check lists of all required documentation
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, ledgers, including contracts/deliverables against payment stages, approved or in process change orders, and input in the relevant project reports
  • Monitoring project financials, including costs, expenses, and revenue projections
  • Take broad goals from top management and break them down into specific, measurable objectives for their teams
  • Review vendor's final payment applications and PMCM final payment recommendation
  • Maintain a payment tracker/dashboard to track and enhance the time consumed in the process and rational any delays
  • Review and process variation requests and track progress of same for reporting


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Cost Control/ Commercial related qualification
  • Relevant certifications such as RIBA ,RICS & CMA, Oracle, SAP, Prism certificates of knowledge use preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction / Real Estate Development industry with 5 years of experience in a payment control managerial role
  • Experience in Project Development from Inception to Completion
  • English (Fluency is mandatory) Arabic (preferable)
