Treasury Specialist

One of JobIn Clients is Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant – Treasury to manage the company’s cash flow, banking operations, and financial liquidity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of treasury processes, and experience handling corporate banking transactions and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company maintains optimal cash management and meets all financial obligations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers across multiple accounts.

• Monitor liquidity positions, ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs and investment activities.

• Handle banking relationships, including account management, loan facilities, and communication with financial institutions.

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and variance analyses. 

 • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to treasury activities.

• Execute foreign exchange transactions, payments, and intercompany transfers in compliance with company policies.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate policies.

• Assist in managing short-term investments, credit lines, and interest rate exposures.

• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize working capital and payment cycles. 

 • Identify opportunities to improve treasury systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

• Experience in handling foreign currency transactions and bank communications.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in accounting or treasury management.
• Knowledge of treasury risk management, interest rate exposure, and liquidity management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
