Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our import procedures, ensuring the seamless coordination of shipment statuses with suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Legal, and Operations), organize and compile documents required for imports/exports, and much more.

Could you be the full-time onsite Transport & Customs Lead, Saudi National, that we are seeking in Riyadh, SA ?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and customs expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our import procedures, ensuring the seamless coordination of shipment statuses with suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Legal, and Operations), organize and compile documents required for imports/exports, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinate with customs, port, and airport authorities for processing bill of entry and warehousing goods,
- Liaise with freight forwarders, steamer agents, and container agents to ensure timely clearance of material,
- Organize and arrange material transportation from vendors' premises, airport, port, warehouse, or local vendors to the destination,
- Ascertain applicable duties and taxes for import and export processes,
- Monitor and follow-up on transportation status to ensure timely and safe delivery of material,
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export documentation,
- Ensure compliance with international and local customs regulations,
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations,
- Resolve any arising issues or delays in the customs clearance and transportation processes

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field,Typically with 5+ years of expereince,
- Experience or understanding of import procedures and customs regulations,
- Familiarity with coordinating shipment statuses with suppliers and freight forwarders,
- Knowledge of international shipping and documentation requirements,
- Ability to work collaboratively with customs, port, airport authorities, and container agents,
- Strong communication skills and the ability to organize and compile documents required for imports/exports,
- Resilience in problem-solving and adaptability to dynamic shipping environments,
- Keen attention to detail for ensuring compliance with all applicable duties and regulations,
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
