Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Siemens Energy Saudi Arabia

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation products and partial systems at customers,
• Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers
• Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
• Support project manager in risk and claim management
• Control and supervising site activities with respect to project plan
• Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR)
• Supervise and lead a team
• Preparation and submission of reports.
• Proper Handling of testing tools
• Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in Hight, etc.)
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• With 5 years’ experience in construction sites
• Ability to communicate optimally both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Excellent command of English
• Able to prioritize tasks and to lead workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in handling multiple and diverse tasks
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
• Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
• Shown integrity and high personal standards of behaviour
• Proficient in MS Office suite
