Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity

  • Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager

  • Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager

  • Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands

  • Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs

  • Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.

  • Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers

  • Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training and attending the surgery cases.

  • Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates

  • Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons

  • Preparing the Congress/Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition

  • Communicating the scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.

  • Providing support to logistics team when needed.


Profile requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Experience in relevant field

  • Works collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills.

  • Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information.

  • Acts with integrity and knows how to keep commitments in a timely manner.

  • A good understanding of the procedures and concepts within own discipline will be acquired through job related training and on the job experience.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

  • KSA driving license

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team Player

  • Customer Focus

  • Open to change, highly responsible
