We are seeking a Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience to lead and manage projects within government or large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, risk management, and scheduling, with a strong ability to track progress using Gantt charts, maintain risk registers, and ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience in maintaining and updating risk registers to track and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to create and manage Gantt charts for tracking project milestones and timelines.
- Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven experience managing projects in government entities or large organizations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification in project management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to coordinate across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts for scheduling and progress tracking.
- Risk Management & Mitigation
- Maintain and update risk registers, identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
- Performance Monitoring & Compliance
- Track and report key project metrics to ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.
