Role Purpose
To create and submit cost estimation quotes for all clients and all types of services covering repairs, buy and sell and complete overhauling.

To create and submit cost estimation quotes for all clients and all types of services covering repairs, buy and sell and complete overhauling.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- To accurately count and calculate the man hours needed for each task.
- Ensure clear understanding of the client’s technical specifications/drawings
- Maintain and update the database of drawings/pricing
- Liaise with other departments which includes sales, procurement and contract administration department
- Occasional travel to customer site
- Assist with formulation of pricing database
- Assist when necessary with heavy enquiry volumes
- Cover for other members within the department as and when required
- Close contact with all local suppliers and vendors for the subcontracting tasks and jobs done outside the workshop.
- Close communication with abroad suppliers and vendors to ensure the shortest lead time possible.
- Excellent knowledge on all rotating equipment and mostly pumps repair.
- Excellent knowledge on manhours needed , spare parts required and fabrication necessary for the whole overhaul cycle .
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer.
- Thorough knowledge of auto cad
- Understanding and experience of rotating equipment and other oilfield products
