Summary:

As a Tendering & Contracting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, managing contracts, and ensuring effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals for the company.

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and implement tendering strategies to win new contracts and projects.

- Review and assess tender documents to ensure alignment with company requirements.

- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms.

- Manage the entire contracting process from initiation to closure, including contract renewals and extensions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

- Monitor contract performance and compliance with legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in tendering, contracting, and negotiating deals within the construction or related industry.
