Telesales Agent - Integrated Services

As a Telesales Agent , you will have to do inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You will liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

In this role, you will:

• Drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services;
• Foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business;
• Understand customers' needs and identify upsell opportunities;
• Accurately record and process details of customers' sales , calls , meetings and notes in the CRM;
• Identify and classify buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C;
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
• Meet monthly KPIs & revenue targets;
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers Proficiency of Tools & Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields are preferred

Experience

• (1-2) years of Telesales experience;
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Knowledge

• Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);
• Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
• Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions;
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
