The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Telecaller to engage in outbound calls for software solutions outreach, including ERP, SaaS platforms (Odoo, Zoho etc.), and custom mobile/web apps. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of these solutions to confidently initiate conversations and qualify leads for presales & technical demos.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Cold call and follow up with potential clients to generate qualified leads.
  • Build rapport with C-level executives (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners).
  • Explain software solutions at a high level to warm up prospects.
  • Schedule product demos for the presales team.
  • Maintain accurate call records and lead status.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1-2 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, and business software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and patience in cold calling.
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
  • Must be based in Riyadh with a valid visa allowing full-time onsite work.
