Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for develop detailed business cases for TelCo opportunities, provide optimal support to investment unit in targeting the identification of TelCo Investment opportunities, identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities locally & internationally for stc NEW MARKETS cluster and identify collaboration areas with other BUs. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility
- Provide directives towards scouting for new acquisitions in the TelCo space for targets that would be needed for stand alone subsidiaries and/or to bring assets/capabilities to existing subsidiaries
- Manage the Post merger Integration end to end for TelCo Portfolio
- Oversee value chain of acquisition related activities including due diligence, business case calculations, structuring, negotiations and transaction execution for TelCo business opportunities.
- Develop detailed business cases for TelCo opportunities
- Provide optimal support to investment unit in targeting the identification of TelCo Investment opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities locally & internationally for stc NEW MARKETS cluster and identify collaboration areas with other BUs
- Develop an integration approach and value creation plan and efficiency in alignment with Strategy Unit
