Covering Saudi, UAE, Lebanon and Iran markets, P&O Business Partner will be a trusted partner to the business, helping to shape our culture, support our business strategies and provides consulting to the business in people related topics.

Major Accountabilities
- Drive various People & Organization(P&O) processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning and Organizational Talent Reviews to achieve the Sandoz Middle East's goals, in close cooperation with the respective Center of Excellence teams.
- Ensure alignment of P&O processes with strategic and operating goals.
- Establish strong working relationship with managers and employees to provide quality consultation and advice resulting in understanding and application of solid P&O practices.
- Foster employee engagement and satisfaction by promoting a positive organizational culture, while aligning employee needs with broader company objectives
- Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting.
- Participate or lead Implement P&O Projects for continuous improvement.
- Feedback from internal partners and client groups - P&O processes delivered on time with the right level of quality
- A strong communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholder interests and foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment.
- Brings min 7 years of relevant P&O experience in Saudi Arabia. Experience in other Middle East countries is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and sound experience in core People & Organization functions.
- Proficient in P&O systems with strong computer literacy. Workday experience is preferred.
- A dependable team player who is adaptable, accountable, and open to feedback.
- Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for addressing both organizational and employee-related needs and challenges
- Arabic is a must. Advanced level of English.
