Technician III, QA/QC Job

An exciting opportunity is available Technician IV, QAQC Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs sampling activities and routine testing and other testing or laboratory tasks in line with established guidelines, procedures and schedules.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carries out duties in accordance with relevant SHE rules and procedures and good laboratorypractice.
• Conducts routine testing and related tasks following standard instructions and schedules.
• Carries out work under supervision and follows pre-established guidelines and procedures.
• Selects samples for testing using sampling equipment; labels and records samples.
• Carries out basic tests and supports more experienced staff with testing activities.
• Records observations, measurements and inspection or test data.
• Assists with routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma.
• General Education and Qualifications
  
  

Minimum Experience:

• fresh graduate or 0-2 experience in any polymer/chemical/water laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, PH, and Karl Fischer titration.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 requirements and lab safety protocols.
• Laboratory Practice & Reporting
• Basic LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) skills for sample tracking and data entry.
• Product and Process Material Testing
  
  

Skills :

• Experience with GC-MS,FTIR, ICP, XRF, and Karl Fischer titration.
• Knowledge of Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing using advanced equipment like Göttfert MI40.
• Familiarity with environmental testing for water and gas samples to support process monitoring.
• Previous experience working in QC shift-based work.
• Any relevant certifications in quality control or laboratory testing.
