- Responsible for all personnel related issues in Administration (visa, bank account, Iqama issuance/renewal, labor license, penalties, gifts & tickets...etc.).
- Managing Labor camp contract. Reviewing and evaluating the camp to provide better services.
- Managing welfare facilities and wellbeing of all employees.
- Aligning with HR in negotiating with insurance brokers.
- Managing all government related issues. (GOSI, HADAF, Labor office, SAGIA, Ministry of Energy, Civil Defense, Passports office, Royal Commission...etc.)
- Coordinating with EHS, Hospital, GOSI, Labor office in case of any incident.
- Responsible for all importing new contractors e.g., attendance, payroll errors, safety implementation and company rules, and their contract with company.
- Organizing company events.
- Managing all Hotels contracts and airline tickets for visitors.
- Issuing permits and invitation letters to all visitors.
