As a Technical Customer Experience Executive, you will provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of our brand through engaging technology demonstrations, virtual reality experiences, and real estate showcases. You will have to excel in presenting complex technology solutions, interfacing with high-end clients, and embodying the professionalism and charisma that represent our brand.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality demonstrations of our technology, creative and real estate offerings to clients, ensuring a complete and engaging brand experience;
• Engage with high-end clients in meetings and presentations, providing detailed technology briefs and addressing any questions or concerns;
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting our brand image in all interactions;
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in both English and Arabic, ensuring clarity and understanding;
• Gather and report client feedback to help improve our offerings and tailor our demonstrations to meet client needs better;
• Assist in organising and participating in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience in a client-facing role involving technology demonstrations, real estate experiences or multinational technology brand experience in KSA
• Experience in managing high-end or corporate clients is a plus

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of technology solutions, virtual reality platforms, and real estate technology;
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and convey their benefits effectively;
• Familiarity with VR hardware and software, real estate technology platforms, and general tech trends

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technology demo issues on the spot;
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential
