Technical Assistant/ Document Controller

Your Job

We are looking for Document Controller. The role will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Our Team

This position will be part of Order Execution Team supporting the PM

What You Will Do

• Support and update to the Order Entry Process as/when required by PMs
• Coordination with Accounting:
• Coordination of the job Closure
• Send, received and keep up to date all contractual documentation from/to client and involved suppliers
• Creation of Final Documentation
• Keep organized project folders
• Expedite client/suppliers to prepare/revise contractual documents
• Review packing lists and update order entry in Company software accordingly
• Archives are structured and available (user friendly)
• Storage of documents in the job folder

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• A previous experience as document controller
• Experience working with EPC or OEM companies and high spec projects would be appreciated
• Good knowledge of English Language
• Education background in engineering
