We are looking for a Technical Functional SME to support the Medicaid module in Model N Flex. The role involves understanding and resolving disputes, validating rebates, and handling error lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Medicaid module in Model N Flex.
- Work on rebate validations/calculations and issue resolution.
- Liaise with business teams on Medicaid processing.
- 8+ years of experience in Medicaid-related support.
- Strong technical skills in SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Medicaid dispute resolution and duplicate handling.
- Strong communication skills.
