About the Role:

This role is about helping the team improve work processes and make them more efficient. You will be responsible to collect and understand business needs to support these improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in gathering business requirements for process improvement initiatives
• Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint, for data analysis and documentation
• Communicate effectively and document processes clearly for various stakeholders
• Learn about design processes; any interest or knowledge in this area is a plus
• Adapt quickly to new tools, tasks, and environments with a strong willingness to learn

Program Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Saudi National.
• The candidate should not be currently employed.
• Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Adaptability and Willingness to Learn
