Talent and Training Lead - Knowledge Transfer

Job Description

Parsons is looking for talented Talent and Training Lead - Knowledge Transfer for an infrastructure project in KSA. The Talent and Training Lead -must have excellent communication and organizational skills, articulates and implements a consistent and effective approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units at IIE.

Essential Functions

• Supports Knowledge Management Liaisons and communities of practice by providing guidance and facilitating the implementation of the organization’s knowledge management methodologies to their area of practice.
• Publishes and promotes standards for effective knowledge transfer, sharing, and communication in the workplace.
• Collects and responds to feedback on effectiveness of knowledge transfer, sharing, and communication practices.
• Delivers training on educational tools and platforms and champions adaptation of tools.
• Identifies the most appropriate tools, platforms, and approaches to promote learning in adult learners.
  
  
  

Education And Experience

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management and knowledge of the theories and principles in a specialized field or work discipline.
• 20 years of related work experience.
  
  
  

Other Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of most effective approaches to promote learning and information retention in adult learners.
• Knowledge of current platforms and tools to support learning and communication in the workplace.
• Ability to articulate a vision of a professional learning environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to engage learners.
• Experience with evaluation methods and analytical reporting.
