Talent Acquisition Specialist (Project-Based)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our ongoing and upcoming projects. This requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands project timelines, and can deliver top talent efficiently
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Coordinate closely with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs.

• Handle project-based hiring efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future projects.

• Post job ads, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the HR system.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in project-based or technical roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools.
