Job Description
Provide technical support to end-users across the organization by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Ensure the smooth operation of IT services and contribute to maintaining a secure, efficient, and high-performance digital environment.
Summary:
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users within the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues to ensure the smooth operation of IT services and maintaining a secure, efficient, and high-performance digital environment.
Job Responsibility:
- Respond to IT support requests from end-users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords in systems and applications.
- Conduct regular system updates and upgrades to ensure security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and improve existing systems.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills:
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
