About The Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Cluster KSA to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. Reporting to the Regional Director of People & Culture, Leading Talent Acquisition and New Openings in KSA, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across all departments, up to and including Department Head level. You will also provide strategic support to hiring managers, contribute to employer branding efforts, and help maintain a world-class candidate experience.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function at the hotel.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, universities, and community partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Coach and support hiring managers on best practices, policies, and compliance related to recruitment.
  • Use Workday and other systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and hiring activity records.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
  • Develop innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Monitor and improve TA metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in luxury hospitality or a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment efforts for senior-level roles and work cross-functionally with internal partners.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to manage day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
