Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes across factories and project sites, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, company procedures, and industry best practices. The QA Engineer will play a key role in identifying risks, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track nonconformities in detail.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate auditing activities.
• Investigate root causes of nonconformities and recommend effective solutions.
• Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Track and report quality assurance metrics in line with ISO QMS requirements.
• Identify, assess, and document company risks and opportunities.
• Ensure implementation of company procedures across ARAs factories and sites.
• Conduct internal IMS audits and QA inspections.
• Analyze audit data and recommend process improvements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Internal Audit Certification in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 is an advantage.
• Lead Auditor certification in the above disciplines will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
