Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Coordinator Tamheer Program at Niceone Riyadh

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business functions, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric experience from application through onboarding.
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates using online channels, social platforms, and employee referrals to build strong talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, arrange assessment sessions, and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders timely and professionally.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data-driven reporting.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, university outreach, and virtual or in-person job fairs to enhance Niceone’s profile as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to identify process improvements, elevate candidate engagement, and strengthen hiring best practices.

Skills & Qualifications – Requirements for Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Tamheer, Riyadh)

• Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program as per HRDF guidelines (recent Saudi graduate, currently unemployed, and not registered in social insurance over the past 6 months).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and talent management principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS is a bonus.
