Niceone is excited to welcome motivated early-career professionals or recent graduates to our HR team through the Tamheer Program as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position offers a structured development path for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. As a member of the Tamheer Program, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to a positive, efficient candidate journey and supporting the expansion of our talented workforce at Niceone.

Main Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, and HR Operations

  • Recruitment Process Support: Help organize interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate recruitment schedules for an efficient and positive hiring process.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist with sourcing qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.
  • ATS & Data Management: Maintain complete and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular progress reports for the recruitment team.
  • Job Advertising & Employer Branding: Draft, publish, and update job postings on career platforms and social media, ensuring consistent employer branding and outreach.
  • Screening Support: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications with oversight from senior team members.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Assist the HR department with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience, including documentation and welcome support.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support for talent acquisition, such as file management, data organization, and meeting coordination.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Early-Career Talent Acquisition Professionals

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities accurately.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and eager to learn HR information and recruitment software.
  • Collaborative Approach: Team-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to support colleagues across HR and recruitment functions.
  • Professional Integrity: Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates integrity in all candidate and company interactions.
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition: Motivated to build a career in recruitment and HR, with a keen interest in improving candidate and employee experiences.

Eligibility Criteria: Tamheer Program for Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Saudi nationality required.
  • Recent graduate or job seeker with less than six months of prior work experience.
  • Registered in the Tamheer Program through the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
  • No previous participation in Tamheer.
